What is your return policy?

We are a small business, and your support means everything. 

Standard Return and Exchange Policy

We’re so sorry to hear that you’re not satisfied with your item. However, we’re more than happy to make it right, as we value your support. 

Please contact us via email info@blacksmokefibers withing in 7 calendar days of receiving your item(s). 

In the body of the email please include the following information:

  • Name 

  • Contact Information

  • Copy of Receipt or Proof of Purchase

  • The reason for your return

Please ship the item back within 7 days with any necessary tracking information. Once the item has been received it will be inspected to ensure the original condition it was sent to you. If your item doesn’t arrive within 14 days of original contact, the shipment will be refused.

Please note that all broken/damaged bottles need no return, just a photograph of the damage for our records.


If the item has been approved, a refund will be issued for the value of the product minus the original shipping.


Once the item has been received, inspected and approved you’re more than welcome to choose an item from the website for equal monetary value. 

All returns are subject to our discretion and refunds issued in the original form of payment or store credit; this is non-negotiable.

All custom orders are not available for return, exchange or credit.
